  • We do—ethically, and only when it’s the right fit. Tools are introduced slowly, with clear communication and zero intimidation. Our goal is always understanding and control, not fear. Every tool is part of a bigger picture: trust, not tension.

  • Nope! Every dog goes through a behavior evaluation before joining us. From there, we recommend the best path—some pups jump right into the fun, others start with enrichment or custom training to build confidence first.

  • Everything. We don’t believe in upselling enrichment or walks—it’s all part of the experience. Every dog gets personalized attention, structured play, solo time, obedience refreshers, and plenty of love. No extra charge for doing things right.
